Grading Scale
Seneca High School Grading Scale & Conversions
Prior to the 2021-2022 school year, grades would always round to the nearest percentage. For example, a student with a 94.6% grade would round up to a 95%. A student with 88.4% would round down to 88%. Seneca High School has adopted the policy that we will not round up or down in any cases beginning with the 2021-2022 school year. For example, If a student earns a 97.9%, that would be assigned a letter grade of A.
All weighted classes will add 1.0 to the earned GPA.
