Scholastic Team Has An Outstanding Season

Congratulation to the Seneca Township High School Scholastic Team
for their outstanding varsity season. The Varsity team ended their
season 38 and 6 overall and 21 and 1 to win the Interstate Eight
Conference Championship.
They placed 1st in the Seneca Invitational and are Consolation
Champion in the Masonic Tournament. The Team won the IHSA
Regional Championship. At Sectional the went into the finals only
to loose the Chicago Latin School. Individual honors for the team
members are Bill Szumski and Rebecca Gieseker named to the
All-Sectional Team.
The members of the Scholastic Team are: SENIORS- Cari Applebee,
Stephanie Dooley, Rebecca Gieseker, Elizabeth Peterson, Steven
Stegmann, Bill Szumski and Ryan Till. JUNIORS- Ben Blalock, Kevin
Carey, Jared Close, Vicky Costello, Nick Cress, Tim Dunn, Maggie
Leake, Felix Neuhaus, Jake Rix.
