Illinois Valley Transition Conference and Fair

Illinois Valley Transition Planning Committee is hosting a Transition Conference and Fair - "Planning for Life After High School" on Tuesday, April 8 from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM for students with disabilities and their parents or guardians. The event will be held at LaSalle Peru High School. Free food and drinks as well as prizes and give-aways will be available.
